Come explore a variety of energizing yoga postures with breathwork after which you follow a nuanced, multi-layered guided meditation. Yoga Nidra or “Yogic Sleep” induces deep relaxation in the mind and the body, helping replenish the nervous system and restore your energy. A deeply revitalizing physical practice and an immensely powerful guided meditation technique that allows you to access subtle and profound areas of your mind. After class, stick around for a healthy smoothie and welcome in your weekend!

A stronger, more upbeat style of yoga, this class incorporates a series of postures that are cued with breath to build natural heat in the body. Mentally, the synchronized breathing relaxes the chatter of the mind and helps to release any blockage of energy flow throughout our bodies. The practice moves from centering to more complex postures through a series of sun salutations, standing balance poses and strength work. Concluding with a relaxing cooldown. Welcome in the weekend by sticking around after class for a libation.
