Friday Night Family Yoga

Burn off that end-of-the-week energy and begin to wind down for the weekend with our Friday Night Family Fun Yoga session! We’ll explore the concepts of yoga through individual and partner-based yoga postures as well as some fun connection activities. The class will be geared toward kids ages 6 to 10 years old along with their parent/caregiver. Caregivers can attend with 1-2 children. Adult class prices apply and kids are free! Simply sign up with your adult class pass/membership or purchase an adult “drop-in” class.

Vino and Vinyasa | Venus Escallier

Friday evening Vino and Vinyasa! A stronger, more upbeat style of yoga, this class incorporates a series of postures that are cued with breath to build natural heat in the body. Mentally, the synchronized breathing relaxes the chatter of the mind and helps to release any blockage of energy flow throughout our bodies. The practice moves from centering to more complex postures through a series of sun salutations, standing balance poses and strength work. Concluding with a relaxing cooldown. Welcome in the weekend by sticking around after class for a libation.

The Art of Flowing Workshop

Gain a powerful start to the New Year by gathering in community and learning tools to keep your frequency high and positive to support you in creating your 2019 desires. During this special event, yoga, meditation, and fun exercises will lead you to anchor your intentions in your body and psyche. Learn how to stay in the state of flow and create with ease and effortlessness as we navigate 2019 together.

> Get inspired to make the change you have been desiring
> Build relationships that will offer you accountability towards your goals
> Craft your daily practice for keeping your frequency high

Along with the workshop, all attendees will receive a complimentary 30-minute ‘Inhale’ Salt Therapy OR a complimentary 30-minute ‘Exhale’ Sound Resonance Therapy sessions to be booked the day of the workshop on a first come, first serve basis.
