The Concept

Five Wellbeing is a new concept in spa and wellness destinations. Its very core redefines how people will experience approachable services that are based on the five elements; water, fire, metal, wood, and earth—where re-balancing oneself is the goal. This is what the five elements are all about.

Each person is an individual with different needs and we understand that it is important to honor that, so our intention is to care for you as the one-of-a-kind being that you are. Part of helping you create your journey in discovering what you need is identifying which element or combination of elements you are. This part is really fun! Does water need to balance your fire? Does wood need to balance your earth? Or maybe your metal needs to balance your wood. Whatever it is, you will experience a joyful and therapeutic way to get yourself back into balance in a community of people who want the same thing; a better way to be.

Once we understand what element you are, we will recommend a variety of service options from which to choose so that you feel comfortable with the approach. Do you want a massage or facial? Do you like the idea of trying something new such as being cocooned while floating on water? Whatever it is, we are certain that you will find something wonderful to experience.

The Menu 

We have moved the traditional spa experience into a wellbeing experience. This shift in how we think about serving you will not only provide you with exceptional experiences but more importantly, help you achieve better balance in your health and wellbeing.

In our Spa Menu, you will find treatments and service philosophies derived from both eastern and western practices. They are combined with the best that modern technology offers in spa equipment so that when incorporated as part of a facial, massage or body treatment, the experience is one of connection, comfort, and calm.

The Spa

In both our Signature Wellbeing Menu and Spa Menu, you will find treatments and service philosophies derived from both eastern and western practices. They are combined with the best that modern technology offers in spa equipment so that when incorporated as part of a facial, massage or body treatment, the experience is one of connection, comfort and calm.

You are going to LOVE our studio classes!  Besides our belief that yoga, guided meditation and movement should be part of a studio’s program, we have created unique combinations that will delight the mind, body and spirit. One of our faves is a class that unites movement and sound vibration to balance your body’s energy. It combines yoga, energetic movements, resistance and strengthening with breath and stillness, which will leave you feeling renewed, refreshed and revitalized. Be sure to check with us regularly, as we always have something new up our sleeve.

Come by and pull up a rocking chair on our porch or sit and have a cup of tea with fellow Five Wellbeing community members in the porch gazebo which was once a key feature of this Victorian home. We added it back as our belief was that was an authentic and cherished part of this house. We hope you enjoy this lovely new… and old piece of Littleton’s historic past.

If you are a volunteer parent who wants to have a lemonade stand fund-raiser on our porch, or a beekeeper who would like to introduce your honey to our community, we welcome partnerships with a purpose.
